Gargling also helps oral hygiene as it helps give you fresher breaths as well as flossing.
Oral hygiene is not only bounded by brushing, flossing your teeth and gargling your mouth but it is also a matter of what you eat most of the time. Food that are highly concentrated with sugar can be bad for your oral hygiene, and that includes large consumption of sodas and fruit juices. Water is always recommended when you are trying to maintain a good oral hygiene and it is also advised to eat fresh fruits, and vegetables, grains and chicken, for healthy oral hygiene. Along with sugary food, acidic foods are also a big no, when it comes to oral hygiene, because they can promote tooth decay by wearing down the enamel on your teeth.
